Netflix’s content agreements are location-based. The reason Netflix tries to block NordVPN from connecting to its service is because it could result in Netflix breaching the copyright and licensing agreements it has with its content partners.

To resolve this you need to change to a VPN that is winning that battle. This has happened because NordVPN is no longer staying ahead of Netflix’s VPN blocking techniques.
If the above fixes doesn’t resolve the problem, Netflix has managed to block all of NordVPNs IP addresses that are currently available.
